Norse Atlantic ASA: Notification of transaction by a close associate of a primary insider

Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") refers to the attached notification form regarding public disclosure of a transaction in the Company’s shares by a close associate. Renate Høiby, a close associate of Chief Operating Officer Espen Høiby, has purchased 50,000 shares at a price of NOK 20 per share.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements in Regulation EU 596/2014 article 19 number 3 and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act § 5-12.
