Norse Atlantic ASA: Registration of reverse share split

Arendal, 26 April 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notices by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 21 April 2023 with key information relating to the reverse share split in the ratio of 1:4 as resolved by the Company's extraordinary general meeting on 24 March 2023, and earlier today regarding additional information relating to inter alia the reverse share split and change of ISIN.

The reverse share split has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the share capital of the Company is NOK 332,605,395, divided into 66 521 079 shares, each with a par value of NOK 5.

In connection with the reverse share split, all of the Company's outstanding shares will be transferred to a new ISIN (NO0012885252). The ISIN change is expected to take place on 27 April 2023.

Please note that the share capital has been corrected from the stock exchange announcement on 25 April 2023.
