Norse Atlantic more than doubles YoY passenger numbers, ASK, RPK and number of flights with continued increase in Load Factor.
May 2024 marked another month of increased flying while more than doubling passenger numbers, ASK and RPK compared to the same period in 2023, load factor continued to increase in line with rising summer demand. The month saw an average load factor of 81 per cent, representing an increase of eight percentage points (p.p.) year on year. During May, Norse Atlantic Airways had 129,722 passengers across 513 flights, including 55 charter flights. 81 per cent of flights arrived within 15 minutes of their scheduled arrival time with a completion rate of 99 per cent.

During the month we proudly announced that Norse Atlantic has been selected as Airline Partner of P&O Cruises for their winter 2024/2025 Caribbean cruise season. We look forward to welcoming P&O Cruise passengers on board our modern Boeing 787 aircraft to experience our class leading product. Additionally, during the month we celebrated the inaugural flight linking a new market on the Norse Atlantic network with the introduction of direct flights between New York JFK and Athens,” said Bjorn Tore Larsen, CEO and Founder Norse Atlantic Airways.
