Norse Energy Corp. ASA ("NEC" ticker code OSE - NEC, Oslo, Norway)  announces that the Company’s Fourth Quarter Shareholder Report will be published on February 28, 2013.  Unlike previous quarters, the Company does not plan to webcast a Shareholder Presentation with the release of its Fourth Quarter 2012 results.
