Annual Report 2007

Norse Energy Corp. ASA will today publish the Annual Report for 2007
on the company website. The complete report is available in English,
and a Norwegian version of the Directors` Report and the Financial
Statements will also be made available on the company website. The
printed version of the Annual Report will be distributed to all
shareholders two weeks before the Annual General Meeting.
