Change in Financial Calendar: Q1/2011 and Annual General Meeting

Norse Energy Corp. ASA ("NEC" ticker code OSE - NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTCQX symbol ("NSEEY") has changed the date for releasing the First Quarter 2011 results from May 27, 2011 to May 30, 2011.

Similarly, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is moved from May 27, 2011 to May 30, 2011.

Both events will take place at Shippingklubben, Haakon VII's gate 1, Oslo. The Q1 presentation will start 08:30 am. The AGM will start 10.00 am.
