Clarification of prior notification of trade

To clarify the apparent uncertainty as to today’s earlier notification of trade by CEO Øivind Risberg, we confirm that CEO Øivind Risberg has sold 10 million shares in Norse Energy ASA to Sector Asset Management.

The wording “remaining unchanged from the last transaction” in the earlier press release was related to warrants and options.
Directly and indirectly CEO Øivind Risberg ownership in Norse Energy after this sale transaction is 19.811.894 shares, 1.445.218 warrants and 4.000.000 options.
