Disclosure of sale of shares and shareholding

Solodden AS and Viksund AS have sold 3,200,000 shares in Norse Energy Corp. ASA, at an average share price of NOK 4.0 per share. The companies are controlled by CEO Øivind Risberg in Norse Energy Corp. ASA and the shares were sold to cover tax expenses as well as debt reduction. Following the transaction, the two companies controlled by Øivind Risberg owns 14,611,894 shares in Norse Energy Corp. ASA, corresponding to 3.76 percent of the total number of shares outstanding after the share capital increase announced on 24 September, 2009.
