ASA (“NEC” ticker code OSE – NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTCQX symbol “NSEEY”) Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated March 24, 2010 regarding the completion of subsequent offering in Norse Energy Corporation ("NEC"). The capital increase in connection with the subsequent offering of NOK 7,995,108 from NOK 403,980,910 to NOK 411,976,018, has as of April 9, 2010 been registered in the Register of Business Enterprises (“Foretaksregisteret”). Following the private placement, NEC has a share capital of 411,976,018 divided into 468,154,566 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.88.
