CEO Øivind Risberg in Norse Energy Corp ASA has on
09.04.2008 through his wholly owned companies
Viksund AS and Solodden AS exercised forward
contracts respectively 3.320.000 and 4.772.500
shares in Norse Energy Corp ASA. At the same time
Øivind Risberg has through his wholly owned
companies Viksund AS and Solodden AS sold 280 000
and 427 500 shares at NOK 4,7 and entered into new
forward contracts respectively 3 600 000 and 5 200
000 shares in Norse Energy Corp ASA with maturity
date 14/10-08 at strike NOK 4,888.

Øivind Risbergs exposure in Norse Energy Corp ASA
remains unchanged after this transaction.
