Mark Dice new President and COO of Norse Energy Corp USA

Norse Energy Corp USA, a 100% owned subsidiary of Norse Energy Corp ASA (OSE: NEC, U.S. OTC symbol NSEEF), is pleased to announce that Mr. Mark Dice has accepted the position as President and COO of Norse Energy Corp USA. Mark Dice will be heading up our Buffalo office where he will be in charge of executing our E&P strategy and report to CEO Øivind Risberg. Dice has more than 25 years experience from the oil and gas industry and has held positions as Exploration Manager, Strategic Planning & Economics Manager and Performance Unit leader in such companies as Amoco and British Petroleum. His most recent position was Vice President 21st Century Petrotechnical Development in Houston, Texas. Mark Dice has an MS and BS in Geology and an MBA in Finance, International Business & Management Strategy from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
