Minutes from Annual General Meeting

Norse Energy Corp. ASA ("NEC" ticker code OSE - NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTCQX symbol "NSEEY") informs that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Norse Energy Corp. ASA was held today.

All proposals from the Board of Directors to the AGM were approved, with one modification to item 13. Consolidation of the Company’s shares: The consolidation shall only be implemented if required by the Oslo Stock Exchange to maintain listing or if the Company’s shares are traded below NOK 1 on 25 September 2011.
