Norse Energy Corp. ASA (“NEC” ticker code OSE – NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTCQX symbol “NSEEY”) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) in Norse Energy Corp. ASA was held Friday August 6.

154,299,131 shares were present out of which 135,483,157 were represented by proxy. Thus, approximately 29.97% of the company’s total share capital was represented.

All proposals from the Board of Directors to the EOGM were approved.
