NEC - Annual Statement of Reserves

In accordance with guidelines provided by the Oslo Stock Exchange in
Circular No. 2/2007, Norse Energy Corp. ASA is pleased to provide the
2007 Annual Statement of Reserves (`ASR`). The estimates presented in
the ASR are identical to figures presented on February 26, 2008 and
included in the fourth quarter 2007 report.
