NEC - New Certificate of registration

Certificate of registration following the options exercised on May
22nd, 2008 has now been registered in the Register of Business
Enterprise. The new certificate has been submitted to Oslo Stock
exchange.

The company`s new share capital is NOK 310 784 786.40 and the new
total number of shares are 353 164 530 each with a par value of NOK
0.88.
