NEC - Notification of trade

Carl Peter Berg, Financial Director Brazil, sold 377.500 shares in
Norse Energy Corp. ASA on May 20, 2008 at a price of NOK 7,54 per
share to Jaca Invest AS. Mr. Berg controls 100 % of these shares in
Jaca Invest AS. Following this transaction, Jaca Invest AS owns
377.500 shares in NEC, and Mr. Berg`s interest in Norse Energy Corp.
ASA remains unchanged.
