New Gas Transportation Agreement - Pipeline Division

Norse Energy Corp. ASA (“NEC” ticker code OSE – NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTC symbol “NSEEF”) announced today that it has signed a one year agreement to gather a minimum incremental daily quantity of 1,000 mcf/d on Norse Pipeline, LLC. This contract represent about a 7% increase in our pipeline divisions throughput. During the first half of 2010 the pipeline division generated an EBITDA of about USD 1 million.
