Norse Energy Corp. ASA ("NEC" ticker Oslo Stock Exchange, Norway; "NSEEY" ticker U.S. OTC) advises the Board of Directors ("Board") of Norse Energy Corp. ASA (the "Company") has today resolved to call for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on May 31, 2013 in Oslo.
