Norse Energy Announces Removal of “NSEEY” Ticker from OTCQX

Norse Energy Corp. ASA (“NEC” ticker Oslo Stock Exchange, Norway) announces that the Company has removed listing “NSEEY” from the OTCQX. The Company maintained the listing which enabled trading of American Depository Receipts (ADR) until 14 January 2013. The Company’s securities will remain eligible for U.S. quotation on the OTC Pink Sheet platform.
