Norse Energy Rights Subscription Period ends Friday 5 July

Norse Energy reminds its shareholders that Friday 5 July 2013 is the last day to subscribe for shares pursuant to subscription rights in the current public offering. Subscription rights that are not sold or used to subscribe to Offer Shares before 16:30 hours (Oslo) will have no value and will lapse without further compensation to the holder.
