La Barra Capital AS, a wholly owned company by
Anders Kapstad, CFO in Norse Energy Corp ASA has
on the 2nd of June 2008 exercised forward contracts
of 200,000 shares at NOK 4,24 and 202,500 shares at NOK 5,15
and entered into a new six months forward contract of 402,500
shares at NOK 8,34 with maturity date December 2nd,
2008.
After this transaction Anders Kapstad controls
personally and through related companies a total
of 408,500 shares.
