La Barra Capital AS, a wholly owned company by Anders Kapstad, CFO in Norse Energy Corp ASA has on the December 2nd 2008 exercised forward contracts of 402,500 shares at NOK 8,34 and entered into a new three months forward contract of 402,500 shares at NOK 3,71 with maturity date March 2nd,2009.

After this transaction Anders Kapstad controls personally and through related companies a total of 408,500 shares.
