La Barra Capital AS, a wholly owned company by Anders Kapstad, CFO in Norse Energy Corp ASA has on March 2nd 2009 rolled a forward contract of 402,500 shares in NEC at strike NOK 3,76 with maturity date June 2nd 2009.

After this transaction Anders Kapstad controls personally and through related companies a total of 408,500 shares. His position after this transaction remains unchanged.
