CEO Øivind Risberg has on June 18th, 2009, through his wholly owned company Viksund AS sold 192,000 shares in NEC at NOK 3.4807 per share. After the trade the total shareholdings in Viksund AS is 10,401,000 shares. Mr.Risberg controls personally and through his wholly owned companies Solodden AS and Viksund AS 19,619,894 shares, 1,445,218 warrants and 4,000,000 options.
