CEO Øivind Risberg has on June 19th, 2009, through his wholly owned company Viksund AS sold 1,808,000 shares in NEC at NOK 3.4558 per share. The reason for selling the shares was due to required margin calls. After the trade the total shareholdings in Viksund AS is 8,593,000 shares. Mr.Risberg controls personally and through his wholly owned companies Solodden AS and Viksund AS 17,811,894 shares, 1,445,218 warrants and 4,000,000 options.
