Revision of Financial Calendar

Norse Energy Corp. ASA ("NEC" ticker code OSE - NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTCQX symbol "NSEEY") has postponed the date for publishing the 2011 Annual Accounts which was scheduled for 30 April 2012. Norse will publish the 2011 Annual Accounts as soon as practicable after it closes the asset sale announced in March.  The close of this transaction is expected to occur within two weeks.

The Information Memorandum to be published in connection with the transaction will also be delayed beyond the 30 April 2012 deadline for the same reasons.

The aforementioned transaction, when closed, will materially impact the 2011 Annual Accounts.

This information is subject of the disclosure requirements according to the Oslo Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

Following the asset sales announced in March, Norse Energy will own or lease approximately130,000 net acres in New York State. Contingent resources will total 777 MMBOE or 4.4TCFGE.
