The Board of Directors approves Annual Accounts for 2010

The Board of Directors of Norse Energy Corp. ASA ("NEC" ticker code OSE - NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTC symbol "NSEEY") has on April 15, 2011 approved the Consolidated Financial Statements and Parent Company Financial Statements for 2010 for Norse Energy Corp. ASA. The Annual General Meeting will be held on May 27, 2011 in Oslo.
