The Board of Directors of Norse Energy Corp. ASA (“NEC” ticker code OSE – NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTC symbol “NSEEY”) has on April 29, 2010 approved the Consolidated Financial Statements and Parent Company Financial Statements for 2009 for Norse Energy Corp.
