Updated Company Certificate

Norse Energy Corp. ASA ("NEC" ticker code OSE - NEC, Oslo, Norway, U.S OTCQX symbol "NSEEY") informs that the company has received an updated company certificate.

At the extraordinary general meeting held 5 July 2012, the shareholders approved a capital reduction to reduce the par value of the shares to NOK 1.20 per share. The capital reduction is carried out by a transfer of funds from share capital to free equity and does not involve any payments from the company. Following registration by the Register of Business Enterprises of the approved capital reduction, please find attached an updated company certificate for Norse Energy Corp. ASA.
