North American Partners in Anesthesia Announces Acquisition of Michigan-based ProCare Systems, Inc.
North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA), the largest single-specialty anesthesia and perioperative management company in the United States, today announced the acquisition of ProCare Systems, a Management Services Organization focused on chronic pain management located in Grand Rapids, MI. As the market leader in the specialty, ProCare will serve as NAPA’s strategically focused Center of Excellence specialized on managing and growing chronic pain management practices throughout the United States. The combined organization will focus its efforts on helping its patients manage and alleviate their chronic pain through a data-driven patient experience system and work to implement a shared vision of building systems and processes that shape the future of chronic pain management. NAPA currently manages 27 hospital and office-based chronic pain management locations.
