North American Partners in Anesthesia President Speaks to CPA Audience at HCAA Spring Conference
Melville, NY (May 4, 2012) — North American Partners in Anesthesia’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Lloyd Straus, will be speaking at the 2012 HCAA Spring Conference. The conference is being held May 2 – 4, 2012 in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Hilton New Orleans/St. Charles Avenue.
The National CPA Health Care Advisors Association (HCAA) is a nationwide network of CPA firms devoted to serving the health care industry. Members are selected for their experience and ability to provide proactive solutions to the accounting needs of physicians and physician groups.

His session will focus on how uncertainty in our healthcare system is leading to a new era of industry consolidation through mergers, acquisitions and alignments with other physician groups as well as how the M&A market views healthcare today and where opportunities exist for both physician groups and investors.
