North Devon+ appoints new Chief Executive

Rob Hetherington has been named as the new Chief Executive Officer at North Devon+.  

Rob is currently Head of Economic Development at Oxford City Council.  He is a highly experienced economist and programme director with a proven track record of work in the private sector, consultancy and at local, regional and national levels in the public sector.  Rob was previously Head of Economic Development at Devon County Council.

Rob Hetherington said: “I am passionate about Northern Devon and making it thrive and prosper – this is an exciting, challenging role and I am looking forward to joining the team at North Devon+.”

Rob will start the new role on 3rd November.
