New, unpeated Single Cask Whisky from Isle of Raasay!

Scottish Distillery of the Year 2022'; is the Award this small, hyped distillery from Raasay in the outer Hebrids of Scotland, received at the Scottish Whisky Awards in December 2022! A fantastic acheivement by the distillery which marks why the distillery have become so popular among Finnish whisky fans in a short period of time! Here is the chance to get your hands on an unpeated Single Cask for the first time in the Nordics!

The distillery's core product "Isle of Raasay Single Malt" is based on a unique six cask recipe with 50% peated casks and 50% unpeated casks of three cask types: Chinkapin oak, Bordeaux Red Wine Oak and American Rye oak.

The Distillery have a Single Cask series demonstrating these differents cask types called "Na Sia Single Cask Series" . The Series invites you as an Isle of Raasay fan to get your hands on each and every piece of this six cask recipe to understand the components creating the popular "Isle of Raasay Single Malt" - which have been available in a limited assortment at Alko.

Finland have never before had the Single Casks available - now it is time for the Unpeated versions to enter!

First one out is "Single Cask Unpeated Chinkapin" having an ABV of 61,4%, rested solely on Chinkapin Oak. 132 bottles will be available in selected Alko stores.

Later this year the remaining two unpeated versions will be launched at Alko.
