December 17, 2010  Northland Resources SA (the "Company") advises that Deans Knight Capital Management Limited acquired 16,827,859 common shares of the recently completed equity offering of the Company.  The Company's current issued and outstanding common shares total 224,363,899, so this represents an equity interest, and indirect voting rights of 7.50% in the Company.
