December 10, 2010  Northland Resources SA (the "Company") advises that Henderson Global Investors Limited acquired 12,000,000 common shares of the recently completed equity offering of the Company.  The Company's current issued and outstanding common shares total 224,248,899, so this represents an equity interest, and voting rights of 5.35% in the Company.
