June 29, 2011  Northland Resources S.A. (Northland) reports that Göran Arlefalk, Project Manager - Kaunisvaara Project, has today purchased 5,800 shares of the Company at an average price of NOK 14.10 per share.  After this transaction, Mr. Arlefalk holds 18,700 shares and 300,000 incentive stock options in Northland.
