February 17, 2009:  The Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Anders Hvide has been appointed as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

 

The Board wishes to thank Mr. Ridgway for his leadership and contribution to the Company's development over the past 6 years.

 

Mr. Hvide was, until recently, Partner and Managing Director of Metals & Mining, Corporate Finance at Pareto Securities AS, a leading, independent player in the Norwegian financial markets.  Mr. Hvide has extensive M&A experience and has provided financial and corporate advisory services to companies in a range of industrial sectors.  Before joining Pareto in 2000, Mr. Hvide was Vice President of Finance at Crew Development Corp. and Managing Director of Mindex ASA.  Mr. Hvide holds an MBA from Harvard University, Management School of Business Administration.  He resides in Oslo, Norway.
