Northland Mobilizes Equipment to Stora Sahavaara
Vancouver, January 31, 2007: Buck Morrow, the President of Northland Resources Inc. ("Northland") is pleased to announce that the first bulk sampling equipment has been mobilized to its 100% owned Sahavaara iron-copper project in Norrbotten County, northern Sweden.
The first excavators and trucks arrived at the bulk sample site yesterday (January 30, 2007). Roads are being cleared and widened and the site is being surveyed. It is anticipated that the first material should be moved today.
As previously announced, Northland's proposal to collect a 1,000 tonne bulk sample from its 100% owned Stora Sahavaara project was approved at a meeting of the Environmental Committee of Norrbotten County Administration Board on January 24, 2007.
