Northland Postpone the Release Date for its Audited Year End Results

Luxemburg, March 26, 2013 – Northland Resources S.A. (OSE: NAUR, Frankfurt: NPK, First North/Nasdaq: NAURo – together with its subsidiaries, “Northland” or “the Company”) announces that it will postpone its Audited Financial Statements and MD&A for the Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2012, including the Q4 results. The new release date will be announced three days prior to dissemination of the reports.
