Northland Publish the Listing Prospectus

Northland has published  a listing  prospectus (the "Prospectus") in connection with listing on Oslo Børs of 287,500,000 new shares of the Company issued in the offering that was completed on February 23, 2012 (the "Equity Offering"). The Prospectus will be available at the Company's webpage www.northland.eu.

Of the total number of shares issued in the Equity Offering, 248,163,800 shares have been recorded in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository ("VPS") and will trade on Oslo Børs under the separate ticker code "NAUR R" as of Monday, February 27, 2012.
