(Northland), Mr. Anders Hvide, has acquired through his 100% owned investment company Sargasso Invest AS, 100,000 shares of Northland at an average price of NOK 5.14.  After this transaction, Sargasso Invest AS holds 1,307,000 shares of Northland.
