Simon Ridgway has transferred 800,000 shares of Northland Resources Inc. by way of gift into the names of his children (Amber Ridgway - 400,000 shares; Christopher Ridgway - 200,000 shares; and Claire Ridgway - 200,000 shares).  After this transaction, Simon Ridgway and his close associates (Mill Street Services Ltd. and his three children) together hold a total of 1,927,500 shares and 1,840,000 options in Northland, which represents 3.07% of the fully diluted capital of Northland.
