Northland Resources Inc. ("Northland") has granted an incentive stock option to Karl-Axel Waplan to purchase up to 400,000 common shares exercisable for ten years at a price of $1.00 per share.  After this transaction, he holds 700,000 options in Northland.

 

Ralph Rushton has acquired 2,500 shares of Northland at a price of $0.84 per share.  After this transaction, he and his close associate, Tanis Sawkins, together hold 38,800 shares and 625,000 options in Northland.
