Northland Resources Inc. has granted, subject to approval by the Toronto Stock Exchange of the Company's 2008 stock option plan, incentive stock options to its directors and officers to purchase up to an aggregate of 2,575,000 common shares exercisable for ten years at a price of $1.00 per share, as follows:
