Northland Resources Inc. would like to announce that the reporting date for the Company's Q1 financial statements has been advanced to June 9, 2009.  The reason for the amended date is that the Company would like to present the financial statements at its Annual General Meeting, to be held in Oslo on June 10, 2009.
