September 30, 2009  Northland Resources Inc. (Northland) reports that during September 2009, 100,000 incentive stock options were granted and 545,000 options expired, unexercised.  There are now a total of 6,816,500 incentive stock options outstanding.

 

The issued share capital of Northland is 110,587,399 shares.  Therefore, as at September 30, 2009, the total fully-diluted share capital of Northland is 117,403,899 shares.
