Northland Resources Inc. (Northland) reports that during June 2009, 85,400 incentive stock options were exercised and 334,600 options expired, unexercised.

 

After these transactions, the issued share capital of Northland is 110,587,465 shares.  There are a total of 7,161,500 incentive stock options outstanding.  Therefore, as at June 30, 2009, the total fully-diluted share capital of Northland is 117,748,965 shares.
