Restated IFRS-Compliant Financial Results for the fiscal period ended January 31

Northland Resources S.A. is releasing restated, IFRS-complaint financial results for the fiscal period ended January 31, 2010, with comparative figures for 2009 and 2008.  The Company has prepared these statements as part of the Company's adoption of IFRS accounting standards.
