January 29, 2010  Northland Resources Inc. (Northland) reports that during January 2010, 50,000 incentive stock options were exercised.  There are now a total of 6,746,500 incentive stock options outstanding.

                                                                                                          

The issued share capital of Northland is now 110,637,399 shares.  Therefore, as at January 31, 2010, the total fully-diluted share capital of Northland is 117,383,899 shares.
