Norway Royal Salmon (NRS) - Mandatory notification of trade and disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to NTS ASA's («NTS») mandatory bid for all outstanding shares in Norway Royal Salmon ASA («NRS»). On 26 August 2021, Egil Kristoffersen & Sønner AS ("EKS") accepted the offer of NOK 240 per share, and thus sells its 4,577,453 shares in NRS. This corresponds to 10.51% of the issued shares and votes in NRS. After the transaction, EKS will no longer have ownership or voting rights in NRS. The flagging is triggered because EKS accepts NTS's mandatory offer, and thus EKS's ownership falls below 10%.
